As an international real estate developer, he is bringing global fashion houses, Hollywood A-listers, prominent architects, and the most iconic real estate brands to the Philippines for exclusive luxury projects that are changing Manila’s skyline.
One of the top companies in residential real estate sales in the Philippines, Century Properties Group is the only Philippine real estate firm that has secured major partnerships with international global brands. As of December 31, 2014, the company completed residential condominium buildings with total GFA of 354,313 sq.m., a retail commercial building with 49, 143 sq.m. of GFA and a medical office building 584 units with 74,103 sq.m. This is in addition to: 19 buildings totaling 3,768 units and 518,634 sq.m. of GFA completed prior to 2010.
As the company’s Head of International Brand Collaboration, Robbie Antonio conceptualized, negotiated, sourced and launched projects in Manila with lifestyle game-changers including Donald Trump for Trump Tower at Century City, Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox of yoo for Acua Iguazu Residences, MissoniHome for Acqua Livingstone Residences, Versace Home for the Milano Residences, Armani/Casa for the mixed-use tower Century Spire, and Forbes Media for the first ever Forbes Media Tower in the world.
Aside from being an avid art collector, he is engaged in local charities, including Operation Smile Philippines, for which he serves as a board member. Operation Smile is a medical mission that provides surgery to less privileged children with cleft deformities. He is also leading Century Properties’ rebuilding efforts for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) through a crowd sourcing project of the Open Online Academy, an initiative that drew positive participation from global designers, architects, and engineers. The designs are currently in the planning stages of building.
